A little about me...

My name is Dawn Thomas. I’ve been a licensed insurance agent since 2011. I actually started a couple of weeks before the nationwide super tornado outbreak on April 27th, 2011. Needless to say, I had to learn really fast!

My journey began with one of the largest Property and Casualty insurance companies in the country, where I worked for 5 years. The upside was that I became great at quoting, understanding client needs, and making sure the client was taken care of. The downside? I could only quote with one company, which limited me when it came to finding the best rate and product for each client.
